It’s listed at $1.049 million.
Here’s another 1920s Spanish-style. This residence sits on a 4,517-square-foot lot and offers connections from the dining room and one of two bedrooms to the pretty backyard, where there are gardens and a fountain. Inside the 1,200-square-foot home, features include tile floors, arched entryways, and a “grand” living room with a fireplace and pitched, wood-beamed ceilings. Other spaces include a formal dining room, mudroom, and breakfast nook. The asking price is $1.05 million.
