Windsor Square

Close enough to Koreatown to enjoy the restaurants and bars but far enough away that parking is available, this one-bedroom apartment is in a sweet spot. The 700-square-foot unit has tile floors throughout, a bathroom with vintage tile accents, on-site laundry, and garage parking available for an extra $25 a month. It rents for $1,675.

Mid-Wilshire

Just off Wilshire, this one-bedroom apartment in a midcentury building has a few built-ins, retro cabinetry in the kitchen, ceiling fans, and on-site laundry and parking. It rents for $1,800.

Half of a duplex, this one-bedroom apartment has new flooring and new kitchen counters. The front room features a decorative fireplace The kitchen is roomy and has a window over the sink to keep the space bright. The bathroom is a three-quarter bath, with a shower but no tub. The rent is $1,700 and includes a parking space.

Burbank

The details on this one-bedroom apartment are slim but photos show a unit that gets plenty of natural light throughout, from the bedroom to the kitchen. The 614-square-foot unit features laminate floors, wall-mounted air conditioning, plenty of kitchen counter space, and both rear and front entrances. It rents for $1,750.

Koreatown

In walkable Ktown, this one-bedroom apartment just north of the Wilshire/Normandie Purple Line has something that none of the other apartments do: a big ol’ balcony. Outdoor space to call your own is a pretty valuable bonus. It also offers laminate wood floors, a walk-in closet, and wall-mounted air conditioning. It rents for $1,795.
